Mix water add rheology modifier, mix with medium speed for 20 minute.
Add acrylic polymer.
Add emulsifiers.
Add silicon fluid, wax emulsion, mix until homogeneous
Add silver and gold pearl, add preservative.
Add ASE thickener.

BLACK SHOE POLISH FORMULATION

Deep black, shine, water-proofing shoe polish formulation.

Wax emulsion(67)	21 gr
Silicone Fluids 350 cSt(72)	2 gr
Paraffin	10 gr

Heat LAWS to 95°C add wax, paraffin, stir until disolved.
Add silicon fluid, emulsifiers, wax emulsion.
Add pigment black.

LIQUID SHOE POLISH FORMULATION (Neutral)

Cleans, shine , dries quickly and instantly reveals a glossy shine.

Stir all materials with high speed for 30 minutes.

LEATHER POLISH FORMULATION (UV light protection)

For surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight, such as leather furniture, and auto interiors, protects leather from color fading.

LEATHER POLISH FORMULATION (mold protection)

Formulation to protect from mold, remove the mold and clean the leather.

Stir slowly add preservative, mix for 30 minutes.

POLISH FOR SYNTHETIC LEATHER FORMULATION

Formulation for maintaining any smooth, finished leather surface.

CAR POLISH FORMULATION (COLOR PROTECTION)

Polishing will remove surface paint defects, car polish can remove the layer of oxidation that dulls paint and restores color.

Stir LAWS add wax, emulsifiers, silicone fluids, and heat to 95°C until the wax dissolved.
Add rheology modifiers, mix for 20 minutes.
Add hot water (80°C) with high speed stirring add calcined kaolin mix for 20 minutes.
Stir slowly add preservative, mix for 30 minutes.

CAR POLISH GLOSS FORMULATION

The combination of silicone fluids (medium viscosity) and hard waxs gives an easy to use polish with good gloss.

Add rheology modifiers, mix for 30 minutes.
Add hot water (75°C) with high speed stirring add calcined kaolin mix for 30 minutes.
Stir slowly add preservative, mix for 20 minutes.
