The combination of silicone fluids (medium viscosity) and hard waxs gives an easy to use polish with good gloss.

Add LAWS, wax, emulsifiers, silicone fluids, heat to 95°C until the wax dissolved.
Add rheology modifiers, mix for 30 minutes.
Add hot water (75°C) with high speed stirring add calcined kaolin mix for 30 minutes.
Stir slowly add preservative, mix for 20 minutes.
